Glenn Koach
Glenn Koach is in charge of the business and strategic aspects of KC Beauty Academy. He oversees the finance and accounting functions as well as the regulatory requirements. He is deeply involved in executing the growth of the schools programs and expansion plans. He began his career as Senior Tax Specialist for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and was a CPA. Mr. Koach holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Yuko Koach
As Founder & Artistic Director of KC Beauty Academy, as well as an accomplished hairstylist in the film and entertainment industry, her unique wealth of knowledge and experience can help guide our students’ careers and provide them with an insider’s perspective of the entertainment business. Yuko has worked in the film and entertainment industry in both Japan and Hollywood. She first began her career in Japan but quickly rose to the top of her profession in Hollywood as a hairstylist, working in films and TV shows such as Michael Jackson’s “This is It,” “Pushing Daisies,” “Hunger Games” and “Memoirs of a Geisha.” For three consecutive years, she had Emmy nominations for Outstanding Hair Stylist.

Jenny Duenas has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 15 years and has been in the education industry since 2007. Ms. Duenas has been a lead instructor and supervisor for both private and public institutions. After many years of teaching, she grew into management and has been a school director for over 7 years for both large and small campuses. She is invested in her students’ successes and is always striving to create a motivational learning environment for the students at KC Beauty Academy.

Mr. Jay is a seasoned cosmetologist with over 15 years of teaching experience. As a former salon owner, he understands salon management and the dynamics of running a successful establishment. He has also worked in prestigious salons in Beverly Hills which exposed him to high-profile clients and advanced techniques. Committed to nurturing the next generation of cosmetologists, he blends his practical experience with a passion for education, ensuring students are equipped with the skills and professionalism needed to thrive in this competitive field.

Ms. Julia has been a licensed esthetician since 2008. Her struggles with her skin ignited a passion for results-driven skin treatments. With a background in holistic skincare, Julia loves to teach people how to fix the root of the problem. She never stops learning and researching – making her known as an “ingredient encyclopedia”. In 2018, she decided to take her career a step further and became an esthetician instructor. Using her years of experience to help inspire the new generations of estheticians.
